Costs of egg donation
The total cost of egg donation at the Cape Fertility Clinic is 46.390.00 Rand. This fee includes the work up of the donor, the medication for the donor, the egg-retrieval in theatre, the theatre costs, basic IVF lab fee and ICSI and the consultations and scans. It also includes the compensation for the donor (5.700 Rand) and the Progesterone medication for recipient.

Possible costs payable to CFC *if required
  - Embryo freezing & storage for 12 months (R2, 600.00)
  - Sperm freezing & storage for 12 months (R1, 100.00)
  - Donor sperm from Cape Cryo Bank (R3, 500.00)
